+ His questions are ill prepared, and chaotic

 

+ He gets Helen's name wrong

 

+ He challenges Helen's answers in a negative way, implying a disdain for the subject

+ He has no consideration for how Helen might be feeling

+ He shows no presence, and his attention span is limited, even taking calls during the interview

+ Helen becomes less relaxed and frustrated as the interview goes on.

 

+ The data extracted here becomes minimal as Helen feels there's no point in answering the questions fully as the interviewer "can't be bothered!" There is little data extracted to answer the research question
